From my professional experience of more than 35 years as a preschool teacher, I have identified 13 essential benefits of early childhood education: New Mexico Early Childhood Education and Care Department (ECECD) announced that it will make nearly $12 million in grants to assist licensed child care providers who have been impacted by the health emergency.
